- Items must be returned in their original condition, with packaging and tags intact.

Exchanges Made Simple
- If you’d like to exchange an item (for example, a different toy, book, or gift choice), you can request it within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges are accepted if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and not from our clearance/discounted section.
- In case your preferred exchange item is out of stock, we will provide you with a store credit that never expires.
What Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products purchased under special sale or clearance offers.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 working days after the returned product passes our quality check.
- Refunds are credited back through the original payment method.
